Cristina
This is Cristina. She lives in Guatemala. As a school, we support her through The Toybox Charity. We make a monthly donation to help pay for Cristina's home, family and education. She was living rough on the streets in a very dangerous area of Guatemala, but now she has a loving home, education and hope for the future. We raise money through a number of events, the most popular being cake sales!
National Library for the Blind
Recently, we held a bring-and-buy book sale to raise money for the 'National Library for the Blind' in Stockport. We managed to raise £126.
Thank you to all those who donated books and supported the sale on the day.
Operation Christmas Child
Every year, the children, parents and staff take part in 'Operation Christmas Child' by putting together shoe boxes full of goodies, to be sent to children all over the world who are not as privileged as we are.
